When you send a booking inquiry, we receive the name, email address, event type, date (if supplied), venue or location, and message you enter. Please only include information needed to plan your event.

How we use it

The band uses your inquiry to discuss availability and event arrangements. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list or confirm a booking.

Email updates

If you request music and show updates using an email link on this site, your email app opens a message to the band. Send that message to request joining the list. The band handles these requests manually and uses your email address to send the updates you requested. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing perfectblueband.va@gmail.com. Booking inquiries are not automatically added to the updates list.

How it reaches us

Our booking form uses FormSubmit to process submissions and email them to perfectblueband.va@gmail.com. FormSubmit may retain submissions for up to 30 days and uses its own spam protection. See FormSubmit's privacy policy for its data practices. Our website host also processes the technical information needed to serve the site.

Other services

Fonts are served by Google Fonts. The Spotify players on our music pages are provided by Spotify. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, and Google Drive open as separate services and have their own privacy policies. Our host, Cloudflare, adds Web Analytics to measure website visits and page performance. See Cloudflare's data collection information. We do not add advertising pixels. These website measurements do not confirm that a visitor streamed or saved a song.
